Delete your account

GroundTime is operated by Threadwell Labs, LLC.

You can delete your GroundTime account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the GroundTime app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@groundtime.com from the email address associated with your GroundTime account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your identity and process the request.

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile (name, photo, airline, role, home base)
• Your crew verification photos
• Your meetups, meetup memberships, and meetup chat messages
• Your base community posts and comments
• Your presence history
• Your account credentials and authentication records

What we retain, and for how long

A limited amount of data is retained after deletion where we are legally required to keep it, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of the community:

• Transaction and subscription records — retained as required by tax and financial recordkeeping law.
• Moderation and safety records — if your account was actioned for a safety violation, we retain a record of the enforcement decision to prevent ban evasion and to comply with our legal obligations.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics — data that can no longer be linked to you.

Content you posted that has been quoted or replied to by other users may persist in that context in de-identified form.
